The brief was to produce a unique event to re-launch a group of hotels and resorts, and provide a platform for Sales Mangers of the hotels to network with potential clients. The event had to compliment the company’s ethos and brand image of providing “nourishment, connectivity and community” to its clients in an inspiring, hospitable and thoughtful way.

200 people, including sales managers, corporate clients, MICE agency representatives and press.
SOLUTION
Sales managers from the company’s numerous hotels manned their ‘market stalls’ and gave presentations using Apple Mac widescreen computers as a visual selling tool on the breadth and calibre of services their respective hotels had to offer. As guests stopped to listen to these presentations, they could collect tokens in order to be entered into a prize draw to win one of five VIP weekend trips for two at a choice of the client’s resorts.
Guests left with goody-bags containing organic treats branded with the company’s logo, hotel brochures and unique branded USB memory stick bracelets.
