The brief was to come up with the perfect destination for an annual 4 day SMT meeting. Our client wanted their delegates to experience an inspiring balance between a cutting edge city and ancient culture.

SOLUTION
An inspiring 4 day meeting in Dubai and Abu Dhabi was our solution to an experience that balanced a dynamic cutting edge city and inspiring ancient culture. Our client wanted the agenda to be packed full of memorable experiences and so on day one the delegates arrived and were taken directly to the stunning meeting venue, The Middle East’s largest Presidential Suite, complete with cinema, infinity pool and views over the whole of Dubai and the Arabian Gulf.
Bedouin Camp
After the meeting on the second day the delegates were transferred by luxury 4×4’s to the heart of the desert and their very own bespoke Bedouin Camp.
The camp had been exclusively set up from scratch for the group in a truly remote and inspiring location.
After the meeting on day three the group boarded high powered speedboats and took a high speed ride around the Palm and World Islands.
View from the Seaplane
On their final day the meeting continued in the morning before the group was transferred by seaplane from Dubai along the coast to Abu Dhabi.
The seaplane arrived directly onto the beach of the Emirates Palace in Abu Dhabi and the group stepped out of the plane and onto the beach where a fantastic lunch had been prepared in one of the hotels luxury beach pavilions.
Following a private visit to the Abu Dhabi Mosque the group returned to Dubai and during their final evening enjoyed a Champagne reception at the Burj Al Arab followed by a farewell dinner overlooking the Gulf and in the shadow of the worlds tallest building The Burj Tower.
