The brief was to put together an incredibly adventurous entertaining trip, inspired by a recent TV documentary about Mount Everest. The programme had to be set in a memorable and inspiring mountain environment with a balance of adventure and luxury entertainment. Our client wanted to reward their customers loyalty by giving them an experience that lived long in the memory.

SOLUTION
Our programme was an extreme Heli Ski trip across three countries in three days, guided by some of the most experienced mountaineers on the planet, all of whom had summitted Everest. Flying by helicopter to remote parts of the European Alps was a true ‘once in a lifetime’ experience.

The group started their journey in Verbier, Switzerland and on the first day were dropped by helicopter halfway up one of the countries highest peaks.
After trekking to the mountain pass by snowshoe the group had lunch with the Monks Of the St Bernard Monastery situated on top of the pass. In the afternoon the group skied for 20 miles downhill into Italy and the thermal spa town of Courmayer.
Following a well deserved thermal spa, the group dined in one of the town’s best restaurants in anticipation of the next days glacier climbing. Early the next day the Everest guides escorted the group to the top of Europe’s highest glacier in truly extreme conditions.

The guides taught the group the importance of teamwork in an extreme environment. The group faced many challenges before making it to the other side of the glacier and across the border into France.
After a very lively evening with VIP nightclub access, the next day the group had the opportunity to have a further day’s heli-skiing in the Swiss part of the Alps.
