The brief was to find a property away from London which could be taken over exclusively for twelve people. The venue had to be an inspiring, luxurious retreat, where guests could escape and focus on an important series of business meetings, before relaxing and trying their hand at a selection of outdoor activities. Fine dining was an important aspect to the weekend.

SMT OF 12 people
SOLUTION:
Our solution was based around seclusion, exclusivity, luxury and true comfort. The 12 guests were driven from London by classic sports car into the beautiful Suffolk countryside and The 16th century Woodhall Manor Estate and its extensive grounds.
Lunch on the lawn was waiting for the guests when they arrived. After enjoying a relaxing lunch the group locked themselves away for an afternoon of important meetings.
Clay Pigeon Snooker
Following the meetings we organised a relaxed BBQ dinner with summer style cocktails beside the estates lake.
Saturday was an action packed day and was based around shooting activities which would test the groups skills and add an element of competition.
Gnat shooting, using remote controlled planes as the targets, in the morning followed by a game of clay pigeon snooker in the afternoon.
Saturday evening consisted of a themed gala dinner, starting with a champagne reception and canapés on the terrace before moving into a marquee for a three course gourmet dinner before finishing the evening off with a spectacular firework display.
Robinson R22 Helicopter
On Sunday morning the guests were transported to a nearby airfield where a fleet of Robinson R22 Helicopters were waiting for them.
The guests all had their own helicopter and the instructors took the guests on an hour long flight. Once they were airborne the guests took full control of the chopper to experience the thrill and sensation of flying. When the helicopters had safely landed the guests were served lunch before getting back into the classic sports cars to be driven back to London.
