The brief was to provide a mechanism with which our client, its partners and its customers could get together and network away from the traditional office environment. Our client was also keen to convey a variety of key business messages to their network in the most innovative way possible.

SOLUTION
Given an extremely short lead time and working within strict time frames, our solution was to put together an agenda that incorporated a short briefing followed by a dinner at one of London’s finest venues. We considered several important factors in the planning of the evening and the choice of venues was key to maximising the effectiveness of the event.
We set up a full audio visual set complete with our clients logo. The meeting was based around a number of inspirational speeches from various people within the company as well as a surprise celebrity guest speaker from The Dragon’s Den TV programme.

Once the meeting had finished, coaches were waiting for the group outside the hotel, ready to transport them to the pier to board a high speed luxury launch.
The boat was a great way for the guests to relax into the evening, and for many it was the first time they had seen London from the river. The short boat ride was accompanied by a glass of champagne and further networking and it certainly added the all important “WOW” factor to the evening. The boat moored up alongside the O2 Arena, allowing guests to step off the boat and walk straight into the arena and the Gaucho Grill Restaurant for drinks and dinner.

To be in keeping with our Argentinian themed venue the guests enjoyed an Argentinian wine master class before a delicious three course dinner.
The guests had exclusive use of the top floor of the restaurant, so it was the perfect place for networking and client entertaining. After dinner the guests were then escorted back to the boat, which transported them back to central London.
