We were challenged to come up with the destination, conference environment and also to inspire the delegates with dining experiences and VIP ‘money can’t buy’ access to world class excursion sites. Our client is a true global leader in their field and it was absolutely key that their Partner Conference reflected this.

A truly memorable 3 day programme in Beijing was our solution.
Dinner on the Great Wall of China
We based the group at one of the Cities newly built 5* hotels which had fantastic meeting facilities and is situated very close to the centre of the city and historical sites.
The programme highlights included VIP Government approved access to areas of The Forbidden City that are not opened to the public. A Chinese Acrobatic Dragon Dance show in one of Beijing’s most beautiful park areas and one of China’s finest musicians to entertain during dinner at one of Beijing’s best restaurants on exclusive hire.
Pre-dinner entertainment on the Great Wall
On the final evening we managed to close part of The Great Wall of China for our client and staged an incredible Gala Dinner on the wall itself. Before dinner, the delegates had a chance to walk along their very own private part of the wall before they were called to a cocktail reception in front of one of the Walls beautiful ancient temples by 100 Chinese Drummers. Following this truly unique sight a group of Tibetan Shaolin Monks provided a truly ‘money can’t buy’ martial arts performance that had to be seen to be believed. A delicious four course meal followed as the sun set behind the mountainous terrain and by the end of the meal the group were dining under a beautiful star filled sky.
